thanks to a write up in the stylist magazine this week
it reminded me of the ice-cream place in camden that i had read in another food blog, called chin chin laboratorists
it's a teeny tiny place that only has a few flavours on offer, but fabulous flavours they are
i had gin fizz with chocolate sauce and james had valrhona chocolate with caramelised pretzels
it's a small but delicious serving that you get to watch being made right in front of you
i highly recommend it if you happen to be in the area
