"Things are only impossible until they are not." - Jean-Luc Picard

boat to paradise

or two planes and a boat in our case

we arrived to boracay yesterday afternoon, just behind a fresh smattering of rain

after being shown to our villa we changed into our swim costumes and headed down to the beach

i tested out my new optical goggles, which means i can actually see in the water now, and james scavenged around for crabs and whatnot

after the beach we went to swim in the pool, and see what else there was to do

we changed for dinner about seven, and went to the main lobby to the restaurant

after eating we took a walk around the main building where we got in a few games or air hockey, table football, and three point basketball shooting before we headed back for an early night

12 hours of sleep later, we went down for  breakfast buffet

we sat down and looked at each other to realise we had gotten all the same foods:
kimchi pancakes, eggs, bacon, and assorted chinese dumplings

after that we took a walk around, and swung in the hammock until it was too hot

then we went back and changed for the beach, where we spent the rest of the day collecting shells, harassing hermit crabs,  and stalking fish underwater
