we had an authentic chinese seafood experience last night
james and his colleagues finished the first part of a big project they are working on for a client
so there was cause for celebration
we took a taxi to clearwater bay to the fishing village
and had dinner there
there were so many types of food served i would not know where to start
the only seafood james will eat is fish
the rest was left for me to sample
and i did pretty good considering i was veggie for twenty years
i found the most difficult part about it was getting to the meat!
lots of peeling, cracking and cutting with scissors to find what you are looking for
luckily james bosses were sitting to the left of me
so they were happy to instruct or help with things so i could try them
it was very messy, but also very good!
it was really nice to be included in the group
it is not something i would normally get to do!
